Return & Refund Policy

At Nook Mini Worlds, every kit we send out is the beginning of a story we hope brings warmth and wonder to your home. We understand, however, that sometimes a tale doesn't go exactly as planned. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Our Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window.

• You have 30 days from the day your item arrives at your doorstep to request a return.

• To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unassembled, in its original packaging, and with all wooden plates, manuals, and accessories intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To ensure the quality of our kits for all hobbyists, we cannot accept returns for:

• Kits that have already been started (parts removed from wooden sheets or glued).

• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.

• Gift cards.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Changed your mind? If you are returning an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Damaged or Wrong Item? If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or a full replacement at no cost to you.

4. Damages & Missing Pieces

We carefully inspect every kit before it begins its journey. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you find a piece is missing during assembly:

• Please reach out to us within 15 days of delivery.

• Attach a few photos of the damage or a description of the missing part.

• We will ship out replacement parts quickly and kindly, free of charge.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
