Shipping Policy

At Nook Mini Worlds, we know how exciting it is to start building your own miniature universe! That’s why we take great care in ensuring your kits are packed securely and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Times

Every order is handled with care.

Processing Time: Once your payment is confirmed, it takes 2 to 5 business days for us to process, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your "mini world" begins its journey, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number.

It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update once the carrier receives the package.
You can track your package's progress directly through the carrier’s website using the link provided in your email.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.

4. Address Accuracy

To ensure your package finds its way home safely, please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the order again.
We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

5. International Shipping

We ship our miniature worlds to hobbyists all over the globe!

Delivery Time: International orders typically take 15 to 30 business days.
Customs & Duties: Please note that any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the destination country's laws.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your box arrives visibly damaged, please reach out to us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and make things right for you.
